Quarterly Express Users - Who are they?

Quarterly Express Plus is one of few software products that allow for you to e-file Business tax returns directly and indirectly to the IRS.  If you need to file any of our supported returns with the IRS, we have an option for you to use that will be quick, easy and cost effective.

• Business Excise Tax Filer
  
  A Business Excise Tax Filer is someone who needs to file one or many 720, 2290 or 8849 form(s) with the IRS. Use our Quarterly Express Plus software to quickly prepare your returns, and transmit it over the internet to Lewis Software Associates for processing. Within 24-48 hours, you will recieve a response from us with the return status. There is currently no PIN requirement for e-file using this product. • Business Payroll Tax Filer
  
  A Business Payroll Tax Filer is someone who needs to file one or many 941, 940, 943, 944 or 945 form(s) with the IRS. Use our Quarterly Express Plus software to quickly prepare your returns, and transmit it over the internet to Lewis Software Associates for processing. Within 24-48 hours, you will recieve a response from us with the return status. While our 941Express product requires an IRS 10 digit PIN number, this product does not carry the same requirement. You can file your return using this software by using our signature capture technology to sign the 8453 form electronically. There is a per-return fee for this service. • Professional Payroll (ERO) Tax Filer
  
  A Professional Payroll Tax Filer is someone who needs to file one or many 941, 940, 943, 944 or 945 form(s) with the IRS on behalf of their customers. Use our Quarterly Express Plus software to quickly prepare your returns, and transmit it over the internet to Lewis Software Associates for processing. Within 24-48 hours, you will recieve a response from us with the return status. Quarterly Express supports the Practitioner PIN which is a combination of your EFIN number, and a five digit number chosen by the preparer. • Indirect Reporting Agents
  
  A Reporting Agent is someone who needs to file one or many 941, 940, 943, 944 or 945 form(s) with the IRS on behalf of their payroll clients. Use our Quarterly Express Plus software to quickly prepare your returns, and transmit it over the internet to Lewis Software Associates for processing, or complete your returns and submit them directly to the IRS for processing. Our import feature allows you to import data from our input formats (Excel/Tab Delimited) and prepare them for e-file within minutes. Using the Indirect method will get return status from Lewis Software. Quarterly Express supports the Reporting Agent PIN which is provided to an agent after you have sent in your signed 8655's. License Options: Use Indirect Reporting Agent /ERO License : Includes per return fee for processing
• Direct Reporting Agents
  
  A Reporting Agent is someone who needs to file one or many 941, 940, 943, 944 or 945 form(s) with the IRS on behalf of their payroll clients. Use our Quarterly Express Plus software to quickly prepare your returns, and transmit them over the internet to the IRS for processing, Our import feature allows you to import data from our input formats (Excel/Tab Delimited) and prepare them for e-file within minutes. As a Direct Filing agent, you will get the status of each directly from the IRS. Quarterly Express supports the Reporting Agent PIN which is provided to an agent after you have sent in your signed 8655's. License Options: Use Standard Reporting Agetn License : For Direct Filing to the IRS without Import capabiliy. Use Advanced Reporting Agent License : For Direct Filing to the IRS with Import capability.
